When I got serious about getting in shape after years of doing nothing I worked with Ramat and he prepared me first and foremost to achieve equilibrium and strengthen myself before I took on the task of resistance training. I was prepared and therefore saw results quickly and my overall health improved. He understands and has the experience to know how to tailor a workout regime for the individual.

Ramat has been body building since high school. He’s always been an accomplished weight lifter and an authority of physical fitness. When I was 18, he taught me the value of the butterfly press and how to diversify my lifting routine to achieve noticeable results.              Ramat really knows science and how the body works. In each session, he plans a new individualized set of exercises that build on what was done previously. He has the full picture in his mind of how to strengthen the entire body, starting with the core. He pays as much attention to careful stretching post exercise to ensure excellent care of your hard worked muscles and nerves. He is very conscientious, knowledgeable, and encouraging. He is sensitive to when you need a bit of positive reinforcement, while also holding steady to the goals. He smiles easily and shows interest at every single moment. He is as good as it gets.

I’ve worked with Ramat a couple of years ago, and while I wasn’t overweight or anything, I had serious sciatic lower back pain. Ramat accompanied me even to my Chiropractor and physical therapist, to understand and evaluate my work outs.
